Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not offer free returns. Customers must pay return postage fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags all tags attached. Pierced jewelry or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Shoes must be tried on indoors.

To request a return, you can contact us at Please include your order number, name of item(s) you'd like to return, as well as the reason for requesting a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an item is shipped, packages are in the hands of USPS or UPS depending on the shipping method you've selected. For this reason, we do not cover any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is missing, please contact USPS or UPS (depending on the shipping method you chose) with your tracking number so that they can further assist you. Refunds or replacement packages will not be granted for any lost or stolen packages. 



In the event of receiving a defective item, please email us with your order number and pictures of the faulty item. Customers have up to 7 days after the delivery date to notify us of any damages or issues with the item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take up to 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.



The item(s) you are exchanging must be mailed back within 7 days or your exchange order will be cancelled. Once the carrier has your return, your exchange order will begin processing. If any items are no longer in stock due to inventory changes, we will refund your original form of payment.
